One Crown Place secures 36,500 sq ft landmark letting
MTD Group has leased two floors at One Crown Place, the recently launched scheme bridging the City and Shoreditch. Two floors totaling 36,588 sq ft. across level five and six have been successfully leased to a global tech company.

Global real estate advisor, CBRE, was appointed by MTD Group to act as development manager and sole leasing agent to market the site’s commercial space. The deal has been secured just months after the new office was launched in late June 2022. GPP are the Asset Managers and CBRE advised the occupier.
Forming part of the mixed-used tenure of One Crown Place, 109,675 sq ft. of contemporary office space across six floors was developed. Designed by celebrated architectural practice Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF), each floor provides 18,294 sq ft of light-filled environment with views over a central courtyard. At ground level sits a distinctive office reception designed by Design Haus Liberty, providing strong sculptural seating and breakout areas creating a dynamic space to meet and work. The new office forms part of an exciting destination that is home to a variety of retail, private apartments, a destination restaurant and a 41-room luxury boutique hotel occupying Sun Street’s elegant row of Georgian terraces.
One Crown Place is at the forefront of sustainable design, with a terracotta façade minimising embodied carbon, a shared energy centre and the latest ESG credentials. A total of 73,087 sq ft. is now available to let across Levels 1-4, with flexible leases on offer.
CBRE is also responsible for the leasing of MTD Group’s wider commercial portfolio including a 5,635 sq ft Warehouse and 24,241 sq ft major refurbishment at 54 Wilson Street that is due to complete soon.
