A private investor and the Vereniging Partij van de Arbeid (the Dutch political party PvdA) have reached agreement on a new long-term lease for office building Sardinia located at Herengracht 54 in Amsterdam.

The PvdA was already accommodated in the office that measures 1.650 square metres. The agreement was realized in accordance with the current market conditions.

Sardinia is very centrally located between the Keizersgracht and the Singel and close to the Brouwersgracht.
