As from October Bart Verhelst and Erik Langens head up the CBRE Capital Markets team together. This team specializes in advising investors who are active in the real estate market.

The Capital Markets team exists of four teams that specialize in office, logistics, retail and residential real estate. Bart Verhelst is responsible for all investment assignments relating to offices and logistic properties. Erik Langens is responsible for the consultancy assignments that relate to retail and residential real estate.

By applying the above focus, CBRE is adapting to the needs in the investment market, which requires deepening and specialization. It is also consistent with the ambition of the real estate advisor to continue innovation for the benefit of the client.
