Tenants expand at Whitefriars, Bristol

Following the purchase of the investment of Whitefriars, Bristol by Strategic Partners Group of CB Richard Ellis Investors, a number of existing tenants in the building have taken additional space. Robert Half Limited, The Arts & Humanities Research Council, TDG Operations, United Bristol Healthcare NHS Trust and The Institute of Financial Planning have all taken further accommodation within the building to facilitate their expansion.

Peter Martin of CB Richard Ellis commented: “Whitefriars provides a unique business environment offering its tenants access to onsite meeting rooms, a gym and café - all of which is currently undergoing a £400,000 refurbishment. This, combined with the flexibility of the accommodation, has allowed existing tenants to benefit from the cost saving of remaining in the building. Following recent success there is only approximately 3,700 sq ft of accommodation currently available and CB Richard Ellis and joint agents King Sturge have received good levels of interest in the available accommodation.”

Whitefriars comprises a landmark 11 storey office building providing approximately 150,000 sq ft of office and ancillary accommodation located on Lewins Mead within Bristol city centre. The available accommodation is offered on new leases for a term of years to be agreed at a rent of £15.50 per sq ft. CB Richard Ellis and King Sturge act on behalf of the landlord, Strategic Partners Group of CB Richard Ellis Investors.
