Tuc Rail spreads activities

As of 1 January 2012, Tuc Rail will spread its activities on the 6th and 7th floor of the South Center complex.

CBRE finalized the location of the 6th floor of the South Center complex (Steel and Titanium) and the 7th floor of the South Center Titanium of Delta Lloyd.

The building, located on the place Broodthaers along the Fonsny Avenue, benefits an exceptional localisation. The South Station, located just across the street, consists of an international and national train station, a metro station, a premetro (tram) station and a bus station (STIB/MIVB, TEC and De Lijn). Thanks to the proximity of the station, the building offers a lot of services: cafés, restaurants and shops.

The building totals 16.000 m² (7 floors) of office, archive and underground parking units.

The future tenant is Tuc Rail. The engineering and project management office specialised in rail infrastructure already leases the entire building next door (South Express of GLL - 11.000 m²). Tuc Rail will occupy the new office as of 1 January 2012. Tuc Rail signed for 2.113 m² (9 year lease contract).
