Uni-Invest leases out 1,758 m² offices in Amsterdam Zuidoost

Uni-Invest has leased out 1,758 m² of offices on the Kuiperbergweg 50 (Amsterdam Zuidoost) to manroland Benelux.

The long-term lease agreement concerns two floors and a large warehouse including 50 parking spaces on private premises. The building is part of an office park strategically situated thanks to it being close to the A2, A9 and the Ring A10 motorways. Manroland Benelux provides consultancy advisory services, technical services and sells to the graphic arts industries in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxemburg.

CB Richard Ellis and Cushman & Wakefield were involved in the lease transaction for Kuiperbergweg 50. Advisors assisting on behalf of Uni-Invest during this lease transaction were CB Richard Ellis; DTZ Zadelhoff represented lessee Manroland Benelux.
