Zita Hámori became a Senior Property Advisor
CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) promoted Ms. Zita Hámori to Senior Property Advisor in its Office Agency.
Ms. Zita Hámori joined the Budapest team of CBRE seven years ago and became member of the office agency department in 2006. She was appointed as a Senior Property Advisor in September 2010.
Over the last years Zita has participated in significant office market transactions with decision-preparation, market analysis and advisory work for such important clients as Oracle Magyarország, Magyar Cetelem Bank Zrt, Volksbank’s and Erste Bank’s Hungarian retail portfolio. She also represented landlords and developers such as AXA Reim, the owner of Dorottya Udvar or SCD Group, developer of Akadémia Park-Officium Office Building, currently under active construction.
